Looking for a delicious pumpkin smoothie bowl? @Callascleaneats recipe will satisfy all of your Fall food cravings and the texture is just PERFECT! This breakfast is sure to brighten up your cozy mornings and get you in the seasonal spirit. :)


1 Small Frozen Banana 

Frozen Cauli Rice (desired amount)

2 Spoonfuls Pumpkin Puree

1 Spoonful Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Ancient Nutrition Pumpkin Spice (could also use vanilla protein and add pumpkin spice!)

Elmhurst 1925 Almond Milk (desired amount)


Heat up frozen cauli oats, mix in bowl with all the other ingredients together. Lastly add Lil Bucks Cacao and B's Foods Maple Cinnamon Keto Granola on top!
