Most of the time when we hear "pumpkin" we only think of sweets, but @livefitforeverwell created a Pumpkin Turmeric Bowl that will have you loving pumpkin in a whole new way! Her recipe uses flavorful spices and herbs that will warm you up on a cold Fall day just in time for lunch or dinner. Of course there is B's Dark Chocolate Ungranola added in for the classic rich taste  associated with pumpkin meals, but the turmeric REALLY does something special here. Gotta try this one out for yourselves folks!


1 Cup Coconut Milk

1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree

1/3 Cup Frozen Sweet Potato 

1/4 Cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice

Fresh Ginger 

Fresh Turmeric 

1 Tbsp Maca Powder

1 Tbsp Lacuma Powder 

1 Tbsp Vanilla Collagen Powder 

Dash of Cinnamon Nutmeg Cardamom 


Heat frozen sweet potato and cauliflower rice.

Mix all ingredients together and top with B's Foods Dark Chocolate Ungranola, Cacao Nibs, and Flax Seeds.
