Our recipe giveaway winner @plantivorekitchen's Nutty Buddy smoothie gives off raw peanut butter cup vibes, except there's no added sugar, no peanuts, AND it has spinach and spirulina. Instead of reaching for chocolate, she's been making this smoothie on repeat. It's packed with nutrients for sustainable energy to avoid that afternoon slump. And of course features our Dark Chocolate Ungranola for our chocolate-lovers! 

Recipe:

1 cup coconut milk unsweetened

1 banana frozen

1 cup spinach fresh

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp spirulina optional

1 tbsp sunflower seed butter unsweetened

Directions: 

Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high until fully mixed (I recommend blending the spinach and milk first, then adding the rest of the ingredients).

Top with B's Fine Foods Dark Chocolate Ungranola and Enjoy!
